Tickets for On Demand service shows are non-refundable unless there is a proven fault from the Stand On Demand service.
Ticket for Live Stream events are non-refundable unless the event has restricted capacity. Stand On Demand will offer a refund to these events to allow another customer the opportunity to purchase your exclusive restricted access ticket. Requests must be made within 3 days of the event taking place. Live Stream events with no maximum capacity cannot be refunded if you are no longer able to see the show due to a chance of circumstance.
All tickets are otherwise non-refundable unless fault of Act, Promoter or Stand On Demand has taken place.
All users should follow Age Guidance and Warnings on suitability of content as advised on the event listing page or update following ticket purchase. Stand On Demand cannot be held responsible for viewership once a purchase has been committed to.
Live Stream events will endeavour to start on time and without technical disruption. Any issues will be resolved as quickly as possible should any unforeseen issues arise.
Any refunds will be provided for the ticket price only and no further compensation can be discussed. No booking or administration fee is charged as part of the Stand On Demand service.
